What is embodiment?

Embodiment is simply feeling the sensations of movement in your body. Embodiment practices are kind of like dance, kind of like yoga, kind of like meditation. We flow through gentle movements and pay attention to how the movement feels in our body. We clear away stagnant energies and release what no longer serves us. We feel deeply into our bodies and cultivate deep appreciation and gratitude for our beautiful bodies exactly as they are!

I don’t have yoga experience, is this still for me?

Yes! Routines are designed for beginners, no previous experience required! Just bring yourself and an open mind! Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program and always listen to your body and intuition!

How often will new videos be posted?

Fresh content will be made available in the video library each week! Be sure to follow us on Tik Tok and Instagram for updates when new videos are posted!

What is the weekly LIVE class like?

Each week, we will meet in sisterhood to do an embodiment practice and meditation. We will also discuss topics such as self love, limiting beliefs, and learning to honor your truth. Members will find more details and Zoom links on the homepage of the members site!

What do I need to get started?

All you need to get started is you!

A yoga mat, bolsters/pillows, blocks, and straps will be used during yoga instruction and are recommended but not required!
