Let’s face it, change IS inevitable. Even if you have all the money, fame, fortune, and success that your heart could ever desire, you are still going to have challenges. There will still be obstacles. There will still be learning and growth and CHANGE. 

And this is the way it is supposed to be. Just look at nature. Nothing in nature stays the same. Trees blossom in Spring only to shed their leaves come Fall. The caterpillar becomes a butterfly. The egg hatches and one day spreads his wings and leaves the nest. This is the way of life. To be alive is to change.

You were born to experience change, growth, and expansion.

So then, what are we so afraid of? 

I believe that within each of us, there already exists a space that is free from that fear. Free from shame. Free from all of the stories that we have been telling ourselves that keep us from making BIG change. It is in this space that we feel held. That we feel seen, supported, and understood. A space in which we know we are always loved, no matter what. 

We have lost connection to this space. Over the years, as we learned how to navigate through our lives, we learned to make decisions based on fear. We learned to make decisions based on what others thought we should do or what was expected of us. We learned to distrust our own intuition, our own inner knowing, the voice of our heart, our very soul within.

We fear change because we fear ourselves.

We’ve been taught to love only parts of ourselves and to deny others. To shame, belittle, and fear parts of ourselves. Over time, since you were a child you have been learning to love and express your “good” qualities and to hide away your “bad” ones. You’ve been taught that at your essence, you desire “bad” or wrong things. That if you allowed yourself to do whatever you want to do, you wouldn’t make the right or “good” choice. 

And now, you find yourself at a crossroads. This is not the life you want to be living anymore, but you aren’t even sure what you DO want and even if you did know, you’d have absolutely NO idea how to even start.

Week 1: The Roles We Play + Somatics

We’ll look at all the different hats you wear in your life and examine who you really are underneath it all. When you let the masks fall away, stop trying to keep everyone happy, and allow yourself to just BE… who are you? We’ll also talk a bit about somatics and how bringing awareness and attention into our body can help to clear away stagnant energies and make room for NEW.

Week 2: Creating Your Vision

We’ll learn how creating a vision for the future is so much more than thinking about the money we want to have or the car we want to drive. It is about getting clear on how you want to FEEL.

To truly manifest the life of our wildest dreams, we must learn to hold space for every past version of ourselves, the version we are right now, AND have a clear vision for the life we are headed toward. All of this exists and all of it is worthy of love.

Week 3: Feminine and Masculine Energy

We’ll examine the yin and yang energies that exist within each of us and how each has played into our lives so far. For most of us, we have been dominated by our masculine energy. This is our going, doing, achieving energy. Feminine energy is our softness, our resting, receiving, being energy. By creating space for our feminine energy to be expressed, we bring a sense of peace to the body. Our masculine energy learns to show up in pursuit of our heart’s true desires and our feminine energy learns to trust again.

Week 4: Your Feminine Heart

We will practice sending love to our heart and acknowledge all of the pain and suffering she has endured. Our heart is the great alchemist, able to transmute any emotion that arises within us.

You’ll learn how to sink into your heart space and listen to the voice of your unique soul. We’ll practice holding space for negative emotions and feeling rooted in our own power, no matter the challenge.

Week 5: Fear, Shame, and Limiting Beliefs

Now to the really good stuff. Let’s talk about the parts of you that you sweep under the rug. The parts you are afraid of. The parts you are deeply ashamed of. And all of the limiting stories that we tell ourselves.

We’ll practice releasing all that is no longer serving us.

Week 6: Trauma and Trust

We’ll talk about your childhood experience and how it impacts your life today. Everyone alive today has trauma. We have all been raised in a culture that does not meet our needs. We know what it feels like to not be seen, to not be heard, to not be understood. Each time, it leaves a mark and with our compassionate awareness, we can re-write the old stories that cause us pain. We can choose a new path forward.

Week 7: Mind/Body Integration

We will start to talk about long-term integration. How can you make these practices part of your life? What does mind/body integration look like to you?

We’ll practice holding space for what is present in the mind AND what is present in the body. We will learn how to give equal honor to both and slow down moment-to-moment in order to feel what is present within us.

Week 8: Holding the Vision

Holding the vision is carrying our calm into any storm. It is allowing ourselves to feel held and loved always. To know that we have our own backs, no matter what. It is unconditional love.

It is acknowledging that there are always going to be ups and downs in life AND we are whole and complete and worthy no matter where we are. It is holding space for the present AND holding the vision for the possibilities in the future. And always leaving room for MAGIC!

Learn to trust yourself and make choices from your heart.

We’ve been taught to make choices based on what we are expected to do. During the eight-week experience, you will learn to sink into your heart space and listen to the voice of your soul. It is from this space that we make the most aligned decisions for our highest good and for the good of all.

After years of making our choices from fear, we have lost trust in ourselves that we will follow our soul’s path and heart’s dreams. During our time together, we will begin to foster more opportunities for re-building this trust with ourselves. This is the foundation for our safe space within.
